How can you charge for a session?

This is your choice; a ballpark is £100- £150 an hour session. Then, when you add your mission, vision, and values, you can charge around £200-£500 per session and change them to two or three hours.

The initial process lasts 45 minutes, but a session can last 60 to 90 minutes if you need to go deeper.

Gill works on a scale with her clients on a £700 for 3 hours or,

6 x 80-minute sessions for £888 a month for 3 months, and she includes invaluable WhatsApp app support during the time in between

I have never been able to share this out loud, only to those closest to me as it was too painful and my brain buried it to protect me however it’s been there affecting my life since! 😔 I lost my mum when I was just 9 years old!
